We are looking for a marketing manager to help us improve our clients' sales worldwide through lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. Our client base consists mainly of dynamic startup companies in the USA, and so, the responsibilities for this position are broad and will vary over time. This is a fully remote position for a USA based company.
Responsibilities
Lead our client's lead generation and nurturing initiatives
- Develop and manage our lead generation and nurturing strategy.
- Work with internal and external parties to execute strategies.
- Set and measure our quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Create and present monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
Lead our clients' digital marketing campaigns, including:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Email nurturing
- ABM campaigns
Lead our clients' content creation initiatives, including:
- Manage the content calendar.
- Lead gen/nurturing: articles, reports, videos, brochures.
- Partners: sales decks, case studies, ROI analyses.
- Current customers: newsletters, announcements.
- Author marketing copy on occasion.
Manage our clients' online presence
- Manage website content.
- Manage social media presence.
- Manage external presence: ranking sites, awards, third-party articles .
Lead the marketing team and manage relationships
- Oversee the internal marketing team.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment.
- Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, designers, copywriters, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Three years of professional marketing, with at least one year of B2B experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems
